Venting is a place to write down what you are feeling. That might be a hard day at work, a relationship that is weighing on you, or something you have not said out loud. You can keep a vent private, share it with the community, or post it anonymously. You can also write as a guest without an account; guest vents stay on your own device.
Public vents and comments pass through automated safety checks when they are posted. Anyone signed in can report a post, and reports are reviewed by our moderators. Posts that show signs of serious distress may have interactions limited or be held back, and the author may be shown support information. Harassment and content that encourages self-harm are not allowed. The full rules are in our Terms of Service.
Venting is a self-help tool, not a medical or mental-health service. It does not diagnose, treat, or offer emergency help. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line in your country.
Private vents are never shown publicly. We never use your vents, mood logs, or AI safety results to target ads. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. Questions? Contact us.

A safe space for emotional expression, self-reflection, and community support. This is more than just venting. It's a platform built for growth.
In a world that demands we always be "on," the simple act of putting feelings into words creates a moment of clarity.

"I created this platform from a personal need. I just wanted a quiet corner on the internet."
Everything you write is private by default. Let go of your thoughts without judgment. Or use Burn & Release Mode to write something down and destroy it permanently. Nothing saved, nothing stored.
When you're ready, share your thoughts with a community built on empathy. Post anonymously, receive hearts & hugs, and read comments designed to support, never to judge.

Some days are just heavy, and that's okay. I'm learning that rest is not giving up.

Start with a single vent. Keep coming back, and Venting helps you turn heavy days into small, steady steps.
Right after you write, a couple of gentle prompts help you look at what you shared from a kinder angle. No rush, no pressure.

Once you've written on more than one day, each reflection can end with a 5-minute micro-goal. Pin it to your dashboard and tick it off when it's done.

With a few entries across different days, ask for weekly insights: what tends to weigh on you, the strengths you're already using, and a gentle reframe. It refreshes once a week, only when you ask.

Log how you feel in one tap each day, then zoom out by day, week, or month to see the shape of it. The dips are part of it. So is the climb.

Record in your Inner Journal: a small win, a moment of relief, something you're grateful for. On a hard day, they're proof that better days happen.

Venting is a place to let things out, not a replacement for care. If something you write suggests you're struggling, Venting pauses and gently points you to free, confidential helplines first.
